LollyMap

Published is not the same as verified.

LollyMap aims to make pet information useful and transparent. That starts with being precise about where records come from, what has been checked and what can still change.

Where information comes from

Depending on the record, LollyMap information may originate from public sources, operational imports, a business submission, an ownership claim or a user-submitted Lost & Found report.

Different sources have different levels of completeness and freshness. LollyMap does not claim that every public record has been manually confirmed with the organisation it describes.

Checks and publication

Automated controls can help detect missing fields, duplicates, implausible locations and formatting problems. Human review is used in workflows where approval, ownership, moderation or a correction decision is required.

A map listing alone is not a certification. Opening hours, contact details, availability and services can change after publication. Users should confirm time-sensitive details directly with the business.

Claimed and verified businesses

When an eligible business completes LollyMap’s claim and approval workflow, its profile can be identified as claimed or verified. That status relates to the approved profile workflow; it is not a guarantee of professional quality, availability or regulatory compliance.

The standard business plan is €49 per year. The current benefits and payment route are listed on the dedicated business page.

Lost & Found reports

Lost & Found information is submitted to help locate an animal or its owner. It may include descriptions, locations and contact details provided by users. Reports should be reused only for that purpose and handled with care.

If a report is resolved, incorrect or should no longer be public, contact LollyMap with enough information to identify it.

Corrections and questions

If you own a listed business, you can use the claim route. For factual corrections, privacy requests or questions about a record, contact LollyMap and include the public page URL whenever possible.
